PROVENA is an all-in-one fitness and nutrition platform for people whose diets aren't generic — halal, kosher, allergen-aware, plant-based, medically restricted. The training ladder starts at your first workout and scales to advanced, periodized programming. One coach, one dashboard, one plan that actually fits how you eat.
The problem with off-the-shelf plans
Centr, Freeletics, FitOn and the rest of the category treat meals as a lifestyle add-on layered on top of the same default training program. That works for a generic eater. It doesn't work for the underserved half of the category: people who can't ignore a food allergy, a religious restriction, a chronic condition, or a serious commitment to plant-based eating — and who still want a level-appropriate, evidence-grounded training progression rather than a wellness bumper sticker.
How it works
You set the diet template on day one. The coach generates your starting workout at L1 and your meal plan against the template. Each week it reads your sleep, recovery, adherence, and trend — and reshapes two things: the plate, and the intensity.
Halal, kosher, allergen-aware, plant-based, Mediterranean, or medical. The whole system reasons from this choice — meals, groceries, swaps.
L1 is full-body · 3 days · ~90 min. Deliberately simple, deliberately doable. The meal plan is built from ingredients you can actually buy.
Sleep, recovery score, logged meals, weight trend. The coach shifts intensity and swaps meals. You move up the ladder only when your consistency holds.
Diet templates
Each template is a full system — meals, swaps, grocery structure, macro targets — not a filter over a default. Combine allergens on top of any template. Stack a Mediterranean base with a renal guardrail. The coach reasons over the combination, not the label.
Training ladder
PROVENA places you at a level tailored to your starting point and lets you progress when readiness holds. The split widens; the loading deepens; the recovery load grows. Each promotion requires two consecutive weeks of clean recovery and adherence — so most users spend real time at L1 before they see L2.
Why a ladder, not a feed
A content feed produces novelty. A ladder produces adaptation. Every level has a clear weekly cap and an explicit recovery requirement — the user always knows what they're training for.
Pricing
PROVENA sits in the same band you already know from the category. The free tier covers baseline workouts and nutrition logging indefinitely — useful on its own, real on its own. Paid tiers add the adaptive coach, full diet template library, periodization, and the recovery dashboard.
